The Charlatans

Formed in Birmingham in 1989, The Charlatans is one of the bands that defined the Madchester sound alongside The Stone Roses and The Happy Mondays.

With thirteen studio albums and celebrated singles such as “Indian Rope,” “The Only One I Know,” and “North Country Boy”—to name just a few of their countless hits—they have enjoyed a long and acclaimed career, overcoming setbacks like the loss of founding members Rob Collins and Jon Brookes.

Their charismatic singer Tim Burgess and bassist Martin Blunt remain at the forefront of the band today, joined by guitarist Mark Collins, who joined in 1991, and keyboardist Tony Rogers, who joined in 1997.
