Tickets for Minors
If you’re under 18, you can enter the festival grounds by presenting a completed access form at the ticket office. Kids under 12 can enter for free up to a reserved capacity of 200 people. Ages 12 to 18 can get tickets at a reduced price.
Reduced Mobility Tickets
People with reduced mobility can purchase discounted tickets. The festival is fully accessible. This applies to anyone whose mobility is reduced due to physical, sensory, or intellectual disability, whether permanent or temporary.
Day Tickets
Your day ticket grants access only for that day. Once inside, you can leave and re-enter as needed.
The festival ticket is not in my name, can I still enter?
According to the current health regulations, there is no need to perform any procedure or register the names of attendees.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
You can leave and enter as many times as you need at no additional cost.
I am celiac, vegan, or vegetarian. What options do I have?
Inside the venue, we offer a wide variety of food options, including gluten-free beer. You’ll find a broad range of gastronomic offerings that cater to celiacs, vegans, and vegetarians. If you need to bring your own food, it must be properly sealed and accompanied by proof of your dietary restriction.
What happens if I buy my ticket from an individual or a non-official or auction website and it’s fake?
The resale of any ticket is not allowed. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it was not purchased through official channels. It could be damaged, falsified, or photocopied. All tickets have various security features. Admission depends on having the complete ticket in good condition. Any ticket that is altered, torn, or suspected of being counterfeit will authorize the organizer to deny access to the bearer. Can I exchange my wristband with someone else?
No, wristbands are non-transferable. One person cannot attend one day and another person another day because the wristband cannot be removed or tampered with. If a wristband is suspected of being tampered with, you may be denied entry to the venue, so make sure not to remove or exchange it with anyone.
What happens if my wristband breaks?

If your wristband is worn out or too tight, do not remove it; go to the incident booth at the venue entrances and they will assist you. Can I bring my ticket in digital format?
Of course! We will have readers for Passbook format tickets. However, we recommend also bringing the printed ticket in case of any issues, such as your phone running out of battery or the screen being broken and unreadable. Better safe than sorry. Additionally, you will need your ID.
What happens if I lose my ticket or can’t find it in my email?
The festival organization is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. But you can always contact the ticketing information email for assistance at info@compralaentrada.com.
I have a ticket but won’t be able to attend the festival. Can someone else use my pass even if my name is on the ticket?
Each ticket has a unique identifier and all will be electronically scanned. Therefore, the important thing is the code. Additionally, according to current health regulations, there is no need to perform any procedure or register the names of attendees. If this changes, we will send all buyers an email with the information to process the registration correctly. All tickets have various security features. Access for people with reduced mobility
You can enter with a companion, both with a pass or day ticket for the festival. There are privileged viewing platforms for people with functional diversity, as well as access ramps and restroom cabins for people with reduced mobility at all the stages and spaces within the venue.
Where can I recover a lost item?
If you find something, please notify a member of the organization. The organization is not responsible for any losses incurred during the festival. Lost items will be deposited at the ticket booth at the venue entrance.
What items are not allowed into the venue?
Following health recommendations and due to the inability to verify the origin and guarantee the disinfection of all food brought from outside, food and drinks are not allowed into the venue. Exceptions: a 500 ml water bottle without a cap, baby food (in plastic jars). People with diabetes or celiac disease may bring their own food as long as they can prove their condition with a medical certificate.
Inflatable items (mattresses, floats, etc.), helmets, suitcases, cans, glass cups, deodorant, compressed air cans, selfie sticks, SLR cameras, video cameras, pyrotechnics, animals (except service animals or identified trained dogs), skates, skateboards, sticks (except for those who can justify it for medical reasons) are also not allowed. Sunscreen is permitted in plastic containers of a maximum of 100ml. The maximum allowed size for backpacks and bags is 30cmx25cm.
In general, for safety reasons, any object that could cause harm may not be brought in. Animals are not allowed, except for service animals or well-identified trained dogs.
Can I bring a camera or video camera into the venue?
Professional cameras, video cameras, and/or recorders are not allowed into the venue unless you have press or video accreditation. You can bring a GoPro but without the selfie stick or any other potentially harmful object. Remember, selfie sticks or similar items are prohibited.
Are there rest areas in the venue?
Yes, we have a dining and rest area within the venue.
Can I buy tobacco at the venue?
Due to current legislation, tobacco sales are not allowed within the venue.
How will payment work at Visorfest?
You can pay with cash or a credit/debit card.
Who should I contact if I have a problem or feel unwell?
If a serious problem arises, do not hesitate to contact any member of the Visorfest staff, who will help you as much as possible or immediately alert the appropriate person. In an urgent situation, Visorfest security staff, who will be present throughout the venue, will also assist you. There is a Red Cross assistance booth near the entrance where you can go if you need medical assistance. In an emergency, go to any member of the Visorfest staff, and they will direct you to the appropriate place.
Ticket refund
Once purchased, tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the event is canceled. In the case of cancellation, refunds may be made by the organization within thirty days from the public announcement of the cancellation.
Right of admission
The organization reserves the right of admission to the festival.
Image rights
The Visorfest ticket buyer expressly authorizes Visorfest Events AIE and other individuals and legal entities to transfer their exploitation rights over the images or parts thereof, in which they appear. These images can be used worldwide without any geographical limitation. This authorization does not set any time limit for its concession or for the exploitation of the images. If you wish to revoke this authorization, you can write to info@visorfest.com.
